01 / Where I come from

Applied math at UNICAMP. The operating years. The philosophy of building people before building code.

Italian citizen, born in a small village in Brazil. I left that village to study at the best university in the country. I have worked in top companies across the US, Brazil, the UK, and the EU.

I built teams. I mentored people into senior leadership positions. I have changed lives. Over the last ten years, I have created more than USD 250MM in value for the clients and employers who trusted me with the work.

02 / What I believe

AI can bring out the best of us. People and organisations stand to benefit greatly from it, when it is built with care.

That is why I support the European principles of explainability, responsibility, and accountability in how AI is designed and deployed. I follow stoicism in practice. I am a deep humanist in instinct.

The future I am building toward is a more prosperous, fairer society . AI is the vehicle, not the destination.

03 / What I'm doing now

I am building organisations that are AI-native, including my own firm, Iarandu. The current bet is on problems that make people and organisations benefit from the potential of AI without surrendering judgment to it.

The operating thesis behind everything I do is simple: data and knowledge are more important than software .

04 / How I work

Cadence: Sync. Daily standup pattern.
Style: Direct but diplomatic. 100% transparency, no sugar-coating. Respectful of how the information lands.
Trust: Trust, but verify.
Posture: Hands-on. I gravitate to problems I genuinely enjoy: behavioural analysis, data modelling, agentic systems design.
Method: Socratic in conversation. DevOps in delivery. Incremental improvement, learning from results.
Pace: Fast. Sprint-based. I sharpen the axe before cutting.
Expects from client: Genuine interest in the solution. The access and authority needed to get the work done.
Geography: No timezone restriction. Milan-based, with clients and partners served across the US and Australia.
